This is a keypad only. If you have the same keypad and your is broken, or not working. The first step is to replace the battery, then if it still does not work, you can buy a new keypad and replace it. Instructions included.

NOTE:  Lagard Keypads are interchangeable between lock models from the LG Basic up to the 66E depending on your needs. 

• 5715 (Basic entry, Fixed, holds 1 battery)
• 3000 (Rubber Buttons, Fixed, holds 2 batteries, extended cable)
• 5750 (Basic entry, turn or fixed, holds 1 battery)
• 5750-K (Basic entry, turn or fixed, holds 1 battery, programming/ekey port)
• 3035 (Rubber buttons, turn or fixed, does not hold a battery)
• 3125 (Rubber buttons, turn or fixed, does not hold a battery, programming/Dallas port)
