The outside of the lock has a knob, the inside has a lever for easy exit. The inside is always free to exit even when the lock is locked on the outside. Brava makes a range of lock including handle locks. With such a selection available, it?s hard to know which lock suits your needs. This lock is a classroom function lock. Classroom function means that on the outside of the door you use a key to lock and lock the lock. The lock on the inside is always free. The lock can not be locked without using a key, making this lock suitable for classrooms. Brava commercial grade locks are stronger and longer lasting then the residential grade locks. It worth buying commercial grade locks that will last longer and give you more reliable service, even if it?s not a commercial application its still recommended.
