Borg Lock 5000 Scar Plate
This plate is made from stainless steel; one side has a protective plastic that is removed when installed, you would use this plate to cover the hole in the door. If the previous lock was a handle lock.
When a handle lock is fitted to a door, a 54mm hole is made in the door. This is standard for most handle locks. If you would like to install a digital Borg lock on the door to replace the handle lock, the new digital Borg lock will not cover the existing hole. You will need to purchase this plate to cover the hole and make it look nice. This plate is installed by placing it under the digital lock, being the black rubber bit.
