US101 or US102 key machine cutting wheel – Standard Cutter

We have 2 cutting wheels for the US101 machine; this one is the standard cutting wheel. If you find that your key machine is finding cutting key hard and slow and is starting to make a higher pitch noise when cutting keys, try replacing the cutting wheel. A good sharp cutting wheel will save time and cut a more accurate key without having to keep going over the key. If you cut keys every day, you will benefit from a new cutter, this type of cutting wheel should be replaced every few years depending on the amount of keys it has cut.
